中学生の進路成熟および進路課題自信と学習時間との関連

This study examined the relationships between career maturity, career decision-making self-efficacy, and the length of subjective learning time. A total of 192 junior high school students completed a self-administered questionnaire. The junior high school students were divided into 1 of the following 2 groups: (a) group with high career maturity scores, (b) group with low career maturity scores. Then,the junior high school students were divided into 1 of the following 2 groups:(a) group with high career decision-making self-efficacy scores, (b) group with low career decision-making self-efficacy scores. The results indicated that the learning time of the group with high career maturity scores was longer than that of the group with low career maturity scores,the learning time of the group with high career decision-making self-efficacy scores was longer than that of the group with low career decision-making self-efficacy scores. Based on this result, the relationship between the career education in junior high school and learning motivation was discussed.
